The quantities offered herein have been suggested based on your requests, and will ensure that there is enough food for the size of your party. There is no guarantee that there is enough of each item, however. Please review and let us know if any additions, subtractions, or alterations are necessary. If no changes are desired, please approve the estimate at which time an invoice for deposit (when necessary) will be sent. Please review the terms below.
Client chooses a time to pick up the order and is fully responsible for transporting the food, keeping the food warm, and serving it to guests. Juicy Lucy BBQ takes no responsibility for any of the above once the order is picked up by the client.
DELIVERY WITH NO SERVER
Juicy Lucy BBQ will deliver the food to the address provided by the client. Client assumes all responsiblity for keeping food warm and serving to guests. Barbecue items (brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey) should be reheated in an oven at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes if necessary. Do not put barbecue over Sternos or it will dry out. Sides, appetizers, chicken, and burgers may safely be kept on Sternos.
ON-SITE SERVER (with sternos)
Juicy Lucy BBQ will send at least two (2) team members and assumes full responsiblity for delivery, setup, and keeping all food warm. The team will slice and cut the barbecue (when necessary) and serve it to guests for a period of three (3) hours. Additional time is charged at $50 per hour. Barbecue is delivered as "whole" items and cut on the spot when necessary (dependent on quantity ordered). This ensures that the meat is fresher when served.

Parties with more than 100 people are custom priced.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT
Catering events that take place within seven (7) days of the date of request must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. At that time, the payment becomes subject to the refund rules as outlined below.
